The outer material is made of polycarbonate (a transparent thermoplastic with exceptional durability) which is also used for motorcycle helmets. It is covered with an anti-scratch matte paint. The inner shell is made of polystyrene with varying density to better disperse/spread the "energy" from a possible impact.

At the very front, the helmet is cut out a few millimeters on the inside to eliminate pressure on the forehead, giving the helmet an incredibly high level of comfort. This design also allows air to circulate more easily when wearing the helmet. On the top along the trim and at the back of the neck, there are discreet ventilation holes that let air in and out, keeping you as cool as possible while using the helmet.

The shell comes in 3 different sizes, and the fit is adjusted with pads in different sizes. This system also allows younger children in a growing stage to use the helmet without outgrowing it, as you simply change the size of the pad instead of replacing the helmet.

The inner pads are easily attached and removed with a strong clip function and can be washed as needed so the helmet always feels fresh.

Size ranges:

The pads are available in two models: Shadowmatt pad, which gives more of the feeling of a "regular" helmet as it goes all the way around the head like a cap. Premium pad is shaped roughly like a "T" and leaves the front of the forehead completely free, so you avoid any pressure and get better ventilation.

NOTE: The Shadowmatt pad may feel one size smaller than the Premium pad due to its design.
